This SOP walks you through scheduling an Assessment directly from the *Opportunity* or *Assessment record *using the new scheduling modal. The process will go live Thursday night. Thanks and please let me know if you have any questions. *What's changing?* The Service Address is required for all assessment types, & the Assessment Address is required if* In-person* or* Fast Start *is selected. *Where can the assessment information be entered?* From the Opportunity Stage (recommended) or from the Assessment Record *Scheduling the AX at the Opportunity Level (Recommended)* When scheduling an assessment at the opportunity level, you must enter the Service Address & Assessment Address Information. This is important in case the service address and assessment location are different.
