This is an active and shared document, and our billing and collections teams are still adding notes. I encourage you to reach out to your indicated biller or billing leader with questions or concerns as you review and add your comments. There are two tabs, as we are in the middle of transitioning from ClearCare to the Versapay/NetSuite platform=E2=80=94you need to *review both tabs* in= order to see all of your past due account balances=E2=80=94note that prior weeks = sheets are also included and we carried-over all notes. In each tab, we have sorted the results by location, active/inactive, and total amount due. Scroll the sheet to review your locations. You can use the Control-F search function to find your locations to review. Review each client and observe notes that our billing team has entered=E2=80=94these notes may indicate that payment is in progress or rec= ently made. Or the note, or lack thereof, may indicate that you should have your team reach out to the client to inquire as to why they have
