Here is the feedback from CG and Team: The slide decks for orientation are too much for CGs to sit through. We are getting feedback from the CGs that multiple things are duplicated from orientation and caregiver academy. There are also many videos. Having a CG sit through all of this is challenging and CG are not engaged. The slide deck is 193 slides. Just wondering how we can better align the orientation to be more interactive. How are the regulated states managing this? Looking for suggestions!
