Hi,

That is the clients rate, we set the rate under the hourly and some how
this one is moved to default to which we do not utilize in our market. This
being said it’s not attaching to shifts and leaving them at a different
rate.

I have had to correct this client a few weeks in a row for the wrong
billing rate.
