Rate Increases

Attached is our recommended new rates for our US sites.  I want to finalize
these rates next week to go live 3/16.

Tim-we need to evaluate Canada quickly as well.

Again-We should be priced at the high end of our competitors.  We secret
shopped three selected competitors in each of our markets and the results
of those were shared with you all.  To come up with these proposed rates,
we added $1 to our highest comp with a cap of 10% increase if the highest
comp was more than 10% higher than our actual rates.  Our third party
consultant recommended this as best practice as we are a premium provider.
And, being priced middle of the pack actually works against us in landing
ideal clients.

Please review the Proposed Rate column and sign-off by next Wednesday,
March 4th.  If your team feels strongly that the proposed rate is not
acceptable and would materialy impact your site's performance, then note it
in the comments column and add justification for the objection.  Those will
be reviewed promptly so that we can finalize and load the new rates into
our system.
