It is to update the team on anything to watch for over the evening. 99% of the time everyone on the call says "I don't have anything, thank you!" - it could easily be replaced with an email to alert the oncall team of anything. -The Metrics Drill Down meetings are redundant and should be on everyone to ensure their own pipeline is up to date. A better use of time would be a scheduled 2 times per week Monday and Friday or 1 time per week plus a 1:1 with the Intake team. Thanks!
