I was taught that if a client has Covid we inform the caregivers. They may either refuse the shifts for a 5 day period or accept them. When we do staff the Covid shifts we provide PPE, the bill rate is increased by $10/hr, and the cg pay rate is increased by $5/hr. Additionally I was taught that the caregiver does not need to quarantine or be removed from other clients during this time. I reached out to the other GM=E2=80=99s and there were multiple variations = of procedure. I want to make sure I have the correct understanding as we move forward.
