I will connect with the accountant to see if we need to charge tax on the
$10,000. Can you remind me again please , this payment is made to us
because of contract breach correct? They are taking one of our aides
privately? Correct me if I am wrong.
Once you confirm I will take a look into if we need to charge taxes.
