Hi all,

Please note there is currently an ongoing issue on the ClearCare side that is blocking those with HQ access from logging in to ClearCare. You will see an error message that says your credentials are wrong, even though they haven't changed. You don't need to keep trying as this will just lock you out on the ClearCare side. The ClearCare team is actively working on this and escalating through their support team.
