There is a lot of confusion around our name and who we are with our
clients. For this reason we would like to say....Thank you for calling Home
Care Assistance and Mavencare Toronto (No "of toronto)
If you are calling to inquire about our services press 1 - this should go
to Cheryl, then Taneshia, then Taylor, then Sydney if possible. Otherwise
it should go to Cheryl, then Taneshia, the the answering service
If you are a current client press 2 - from this can we get another menu
that goes for Cheryl press 1, Taneshia press 2, Taylor press 3 and Sydney
press 4?
Caregivers and employment inquiries press 3 - this should go to Kathryn
Employment verification press 4 - goes to Kathryn
All other press 5 - should go to Cheryl
We would like to assume Mavencare weekend coverage by next weekend if that
gives you enough time to get everything up and running?
