 Hi Dennis,
I apologize for the routed call on New Year’s Eve. Could you please confirm your personal contact number so I can ensure it’s not in our system?
Our protocol is to first call the client’s home. If there’s no answer, we proceed with contacting the emergency contacts listed for the client. The only time TheKey personnel would be contacted is if all 2 rounds of call attempts to the client and their family are unsuccessful. We will update the file with the correct after-hours number for your district.

I received a Lifeguard call to my personal cell phone on NYE of a suspected client fall. It is very important that calls like this go to our office at 204-489-6000. Anything urgent will be routed to our on-call service so that it can be dealt with in a timely manner.
