Hey Tim.

I know you are on PTO. Just an update regarding the PPA agreement. Lumiere
won’t sign because they didn’t like the verbiage of the 2.5% revenue
return. They said from a liability perspective it looks like a kickback.
I’d love to touch base when you get back and get your thoughts on how to
navigate this.
