As part of this, I'm syncing with as many teams as possible to go through the decisions/actions that need to be taken as part of this transition and the timeline/costs associated with them. I'd like to connect with you and Tim to see if there have been talks about Canada being supported by FRAX for Centralized intake or not. This will have ramifications for how we list phone numbers on the website, route numbers in Callrail, etc. If these conversations haven't been happening, I'd like to outline what answers you'd need and if the answer was to move forward with FRAX, timelines to get support set up. That way I can outline these questions and timelines in the document for discussion with leadership.
