Hello GM Team,
I wanted to share updates regarding staffing changes and on-call coverage
Tim and I discussed this morning. Please share the updates with your teams.
1.
*Renae Moller Departure*
- Renae Moller has left the company without notice, effective
immediately.
2.
*Weekend Coverage (Friday, 1/10/25, and Sunday, 1/12/25)*
- Caregiver Managers already scheduled will provide on-call coverage for
these days.
- *Thyviah* is unavailable this week due to a documented emergency
but is expected to return next week.
- *Julianna*, who has filled in during the week, will work her
scheduled *Saturday shift* but cannot take on additional weekend
shifts due to overtime.
3.
*Future On-Call Plan (Effective 1/13/25)*
- *Julianna* will permanently cover *Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts*,
replacing Renae.
- Recruitment is underway for an additional *On-Call Coordinator* to
work 1-2 days per week with per diem coverage.
- If there are any caregivers who have demonstrated great
professionalism who may be interested please let me know.
4.
*On-Call Coverage Process*
To ensure adequate support in the event of an emergency or requested day
off, Caregiver Managers may occasionally be asked to step in. The process
will follow these steps:
- *Step 1*: Request coverage from on-call coordinators.
- *Step 2*: Seek volunteers from Caregiver Managers.
- *Step 3*: Assign a Caregiver Manager from a predetermined list if
no one volunteers. Once assigned that Caregiver Manager will move to the
bottom of the rotation.
Thank you for your flexibility and dedication during this on-going
transition. Please reach out if you have any questions or need
clarification.
Best regards,
--
