Good afternoon Cheryl,

We are pleased to attach your new Berkley Healthcare Package policy and related documents / 2023 policy renewals and related documents. We ask that you please review the attached documents carefully as they detail the specific coverage purchased. It is important that you keep these documents safe and maintain them for future reference.

The following documents are attached:


  1.  2023 Berkley Canada Healthcare Package Policy including the Facility Staffing endorsement. Facility Staffing is now specifically excluded from your coverage, this endorsement adds the coverage back in.
o    It should be noted that the Facility Staffing Liability endorsement is written on a Claims Made basis.
o    This means that only claims filed during the term of the policy will be covered.
o    To ensure coverage it is important to notify us immediately of any/all incidents that could potentially result in a claim.
�         2023 ARAG Legal Expense Policy and Wordings
�         Our amended Invoice with your P.O. Box Address & Statement with $0 balance.  Thanks so much for your payment - for your records
�         Recommendations and Comments relevant to you - please review this document and contact our office if you wish to discuss any of the coverages outlined
�      Updated Certificates (if a renewal add - )for your distribution

     *   If you require any additional certificates please let me know
     *   Please include a copy of the contract when requesting certificates with an Additional Insured requirement
  1.  In an effort to operate within green processes, these policies and attachments are being sent via email. Please note these are legally binding documents and we are not intending to provide a hard copy unless you specifically request us to do so.

Policy wordings are separate documents and are available upon request.
