Hi Cara,
I was looking at my caregiver acquisition and retention data in the
analytics portal and it says I had 49 active caregivers in March 2022.
However, looking over my own data in ClearCare (Payroll for March 2022) I
can see that I paid 90 caregivers to work during the month. This is
obviously a big difference and I'm hoping to sort this out so I can use the
data.
