RE: 9/5/23 - Action Required - $119K Open Balance - New Client Audit Results

Hi All,



While our goal should always be to have our contract documents in order, we
will be ramping up the urgency of getting all customer accounts with
missing/incomplete/unexecuted CCAs and Payment Authorization Forms resolved
in preparation for the next round of impending audit work with KPMG.



We’d be grateful for your help to get these pending items resolved asap.
