Weekly VA Metrics 11/13/2025

Hi all, Happy Friday!


Please see the attached weekly VA metrics for the Week of 11/13/25, viewed
from a Billing and Accounts Receivable perspective, as well as the
Year-to-Date (YTD) VA statistics (Excel sheet provided).


*Credentialing Updates:*

Miranda and I are handing off VA credentialing to *Jeannie Ortiz & team*.
Jeannie will now be your main point of contact for any credentialing
questions or concerns. The team is already handling all VA authorizations
and is familiar with the VA, so this will be a seamless transition.


The *VA Credentialing Spreadsheet* includes a tab labeled *Full NPI List* to
help users identify the correct NPIs in a more user-friendly format. This
should help eliminate any confusion surrounding NPIs. *Link Located Here.

We’ve also included a quick *FAQ guide* in the attached PowerPoint to
address common questions and help guide you on how to best get updates for
VA credentialing, authorizations, and other related topics.
