Care was put in place and started within a couple of hours. It was for a close family friend of a key referral partner who vouched for the client. The client was very ill at the time and did not sign the consent or payment method. He is old, has no family in the Country, and struggles with technology so he was wondering if we could take his credit card over the phone so he can pay the invoice? This is a unique case as we would normally never start a case without everything in place but given it was for a referral partner and it was urgent.
