Good Afternoon Christopher,
Due to Chicago's current office staff being stretched very thin we want to
be a little more selective with our clients and are asking for some
updates to our Price Book, Care Commitment criteria and overall minimums.
With your consent I can communicate these changes to Gayle and Aretha but
will need your help in communication with the Call Center Intake team.
These are my three requests.
1. Rate Card updated to list the range as $40 per hour to $60 per hour
depending on need, location and hours.
2. Pre-paid Care Commitment of $5000 applied to clients wanting services
for less than 30 days. This would be most applicable for clients wanting
hospital to home and hospice services.
3. Overall minimum hours updated to 20 hours per week with a 30-day
minimum.
