Just an update on June's care plan, Shawntel had a long conversation with
June's daughter and the care plan is being updated as we speak. I have
asked that she spend some time with the caregiver going over all the new
information which she will do this afternoon. Shawntel will also be taking
over the case management for June should you need to communicate anything
about her care.
