On Friday, Sept 2nd, the Executive Director from the senior community she lives in, called me to say that the caregiver looking after N.S. was found in the suite by the community nurse not wearing PPE as the client was day 4 Covid positive. There were signs on the door and PPE available. I immediately called Luna who then called the caregiver to discuss the situation and Luna also called and spoke with the Executive Director.
