Hey Laszlo,



We had a caregiver in Calgary who is over 65years old and she doesn't have
to pay into Canada CPP(Canadian Pention Plan). She did not sign a form
stating this and we can not get a hold of her. This means the government
wants to be paid back until she signs the form. Did you want me to pay the
amount through our bank account or did you want to pay it through
corporate? Please see attached email string.

Hi Chuck,



I spoke with the CRA agent with regards to the Cristina Munoz situation 😝
Since we haven’t heard back from Cristina, the CRA would like us to pay the
amount owing now.  If we ever get the document back from Cristina, we can
upload it to the CRA and they will refund the funds back to us.



The amount owing is $702.74 (I think 😝 she told me the amount when I was
driving).



If you could pay that at your earliest convenience, that would be great.  😊
Make sure you choose 2023 as the year the payment should be applied to.
Please send me the confirmation so I can have it on hand if they need us to
prove it’s been paid.

If we don’t have “formal” authorization that she is CPP exempt and has
requested that we stop deducting it from her pay cheque and paying it to
the CRA, we will need to pay back the unpaid CPP.



Apparently, they have already taken money from our Corporate Tax account to
pay the missing CPP but will put it back once we get this sorted.



If you can get the form signed and sent back to me, I can forward it on to
the CRA.
