Thank you!


Without a price increase notice, we would need you to provide an additional
invoice paid by the client. In addition to this we would also need proof of
payment sent to us and proof of the item being deposited to the bank
account. We would need this for both invoices.



Is this something you're able to provide?

The Rates on the client consent agreement do not match the invoice, which
would indicate that the rates have increased.* Do we have something
detailing the rate increase? If not, could you please send a second paid
invoice for the same customer, along with payment support and a bank
statement showing that we received the funds.*



The invoice provided was 44685. This is notated on payment support - *do we
have anything backing up the amount crediting our bank account?* KPMG will
