Hello all,

Please find April’s reporting package attached.

I don’t have access to Netsuite and no information has been provided to me, so no revenue or GST Collected has been recorded in QuickBooks past April 3, 2023.  This means that a Revenue Accrual was not posted and nor was a Tax Liability accrual.

Also, all the payments received in Calgary’s bank account that haven’t been applied to invoices entered in QuickBooks have been recorded to Due to/from HCA Canada so that I could reconcile the bank.  This includes PADs processed through our bank as well as WCB and Alberta Blue Cross payments.  

This is why I was confused – hard to provide reports without reconciling the bank account or having all the required information 😝
