Attached you will find an Excel file that highlights the rate increases outlined in the letters sent vs. the current bill rate. The list appears lengthy however I'm seeing the same clients listed multiple times, which may be a factor in the variances identified. In total, there are 171 unduplicated clients for our Division with a rate variance indicated. Please review your respective region to identify and comment under column L what action is taking place or why there is a need for the deviation. Please send me your findings by the end of the week. There are 346 rows of data / 274 unique clients. I realize that in some cases there may have been a negotiation to retain the client...but when I see that the old rate never changed it makes me think we just haven't moved to the new rate in the system thus we are leaving money on the table. *Kevin Murray* Chief of Staff | *TheKey* Mobile: 225-368-6471 [image: TheKey] --00000000000095bac206153324d2 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Morning Team.
