BYRON GA (478) 654-9001) to the new client ring group. When we speak to the caller, it is always a different person and when we ask for a phone number, they provide a local Montreal number. When I call the 478 number back, it states this number serves as a caller ID for our analytics department. This started yesterday. Can someone please explain what this is and why the calls are not coming through to the office displaying the client's caller ID.
