Hello Natacha
Below are the questions. This will help me organize what is needed for the
family and find the right candidate. We will then send you the rates and
take it from there.
*Training:*
· Private Caregiver Elli will train our caregiver starting what date and
ending on what date
· What are the hours and days for training. Example: Monday to Friday, 8am
to 4pm
· What is their address in Montreal for the training
*Florida:*
· What is the first date she will leave to go to Florida
· What are the leaving and return dates throughout the winter? Are these 2
or 3 week rotations? (Note* we are proposing they have time off for the
weeks that they are back in Montreal before returning to Florida)
· What are the hours while in Florida. Example: 8am to 10pm and is she is
able to go to her area and sleep for the night (but of course still be
available if there is an emergency)
· What are the days in Florida, you mentioned 6 yesterday. Does this mean
she will have 2 days off while there (if 2 week rotation) or are these the
days she is flying back and forth
· What is their address if Florida
*Return to Montreal in the spring:*
· What exact hours will she be working in the evenings and what days
· Is it at the same address as the training? if not, where will it be
located
*To reconfirm, duties include are: *
· Meal preparation - breakfast, lunch and dinner (while in Florida). While
in Montreal for evening shifts, dinner
· Driving clients - to appointments, hairdresser, shopping, dinners etc.
· Housekeeping - laundry (clothing, bedding, towels etc.) dishes, dusting,
vacuuming, mopping etc. (keeping home clean as though it were their own)
· No hygiene care involved
· No grooming, dressing, undressing involved
· Is medication monitoring needed
** Please feel free to add whatever else you believe is needed or remove
what is not needed.*
*Cleaning for daughter while in Montreal (including duties):*
· When would she like to start
· What days and hours would she need
· How large is her home, how many rooms
· What is her address
· Housekeeping - laundry (clothing, bedding, towels etc.) dishes, dusting,
vacuuming, mopping etc. (keeping home clean as though it were their own)
· Is there more to add? i.e. does she require meal preparation, does she
have children and would it involve cleaning for them (rooms, laundry etc.)
*Please note* We can perhaps have the same caregiver cleaning before they
leave for Florida and continue with another during the winter months while
she focuses on going back and forth to Florida. However, if it is not
needed everyday (Monday to Friday) she may want to continue while in
Montreal, but we will confirm this.*
*Driver to replace current 3 day one: *
· I mentioned the possibility of needing to find a full time driver for
them. Although our caregiver will be a driver as well, you had said
yesterday that their current one would be retiring at some point. I will
see what I can do and get back to you regarding that.
