Hey Dawn,
The title was put as on-call manager as she works business "off-hours". Her
role was to support Care Solutions and to only handle client inquiries
across Canada during these off-hour times. It was essentially FRAX for
Canada as the American FRAX answering Canadian calls was a disaster.
The role is being eliminated as the care solutions role has been
eliminated. Now, intakes/inquiries are handled by Client Success (this
includes off-hours as well). We don't need her.
In my opinion, this role should not be backfilled but ultimately this is
Tim's call.
