We’re excited to share that our new mandatory "From Home Care Inquiry to
In-Home Care Assessment: is officially live in the learning portal! You can
find the learning portal in your thekey.com bookmarks > Learning Portal
> Choose From Home Care inquiry to In-Home Assessment (See Screenshot) >
Launch.

If you do not see the training in your dashboard, you can type "From Home
Care Inquiry to In-Home Care Assessment" in the search bar (see screenshot
below).

Please also make certain that you are completing the assessment after the

This training is designed to build a strong, consistent foundation around
the *art of intake, *one of the most critical moments in the client
journey. For some, this will be a great refresher; for others, it will be
much-needed reinforcement; and for many, it’s simply valuable knowledge to
strengthen confidence and consistency.  The themes and tactics covered in
the course are also great refreshers for making suggestions and overcoming
objections during the assessment.

Bee and I both completed the training start to finish, and it took
approximately one hour to complete. We intentionally wanted to roll this
out to *you* first so you have time to go through it, ask questions, and
feel fully prepared before it is cascaded to CSMs on 2/16.
