I received a call from my staff yesterday morning telling me an agency, LPN, was here. I do not believe I ever had confirmation for that shift and one of my LPNs had taken the shift.

So, we had both. As I did not have my emails accessible to confirm, I sent my LPN home and kept yours.

I do have confirmation though for this week day shift January 8 and 9. I will cancel that request as I have a new LPN who will be taking on those shifts.

Can I have an update copy of the LPN shifts for the month of January to make sure we are not double booking.
