Hi Tim,

Can you please confirm if the over time hours for the following clients are
correct for December 25-31, 2023? Policy states 40 hour work week.

1. Henderson Elizabeth- policy states 40 hours per week, caregiver was
scheduled for 42 hours

2.Mitchell Erica-caregiver was scheduled 46.5 hours for the week

3.Arshinoff Fred- caregiver was scheduled 60 hours for the week

4. Lanteri Giuseppa- caregiver scheduled for 40.5 hours
