Please still have the HCL owner place the next meeting date and the notes for each account in the tracker Megan W sent to them. While Altomedic seems like a volatile account, it has experienced poor growth of late that we need to get turned around. I suggest you joining the next meeting with Roger (virtual is fine) to reinforce the importance of the relationship. That can be a simple meeting and then documented on the tracker as suggested earlier. Thanks for the insight.
