Hello,

After conducting a thorough review of our Accurate caregiver background
check packages over the past 12 months, I've identified several areas of
concern.

Specifically, I've noticed that there have been 7 revisions to the package
due to various requests from the field and ELT in the past 12 months. This
frequent revision process has led to inconsistencies in the actual packages
in the system.

A common theme is the discrepancy between the reference checks (RC) and
employment verification (EV) listed in our spreadsheet and those actually
reflected in the system. This inconsistency is likely due to the multiple
requests to add and remove RCs and EVs from Accurate, causing confusion
among all team members.

Amanda Fults has provided an updated list
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CYvBCnYNuvArpJxZyinjopWnleecPcRjhQDPmGI09tw/edit?usp=sharing>
(as
of 10/17) that accurately reflects the states requiring RC and EV. This is
the master list and we will audit it every 6 months or sooner if there is a
change in the regulations.

However, we continue to face challenges with the field's requests to add
back components that have been previously removed, even after approval from
legal compliance and HR.

This constant back-and-forth creates confusion, inconsistencies in monthly
pricing with Accurate, and increases TheKey's risk of additional charges
from Accurate for frequent package changes.

*To address these issues, we need your help:*

   1. *GM Review:* Please review the list of states requiring RC and EV
(Tab 1 of the shared document) and provide your approval by *Friday,
   November 8th*.
   2. *Package Updates:* Once approved, we will submit the updated package
configurations to Accurate. Please allow up to 2 weeks for implementation.
   3. *Adhere to industry standards* by updating packages no more than
   twice a year.

By following these recommendations, we can streamline the process, reduce
inconsistencies, and avoid unnecessary costs.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to discuss this
further.
