This daughter is so frustrated we have had emails going back and forth since last week - TheKey has made some mistake about this account and they did not notify people that they would be adding the payment information so I have had clients complaining that they think they are being frauded. This is very frustrating for not only the client but me too, this stuff takes up so much of my day and I have to work even harder to try and keep the client.
