The client ( Kontzamanis )continues to go straight to the CG for schedule
changes.  The CG then calls us or emails to tell us to correct the
schedule. I am assuming a message was missed along the way.

Client has been asked to stop this numerous times, but keeps doing it.
 This is a difficult WInnipeg client.
