For the summary report, can you compare the calls to the previous month as
well, please? Also, are you tracking forms from paid as well?
On the topic of conversions, those are all tracked through Callrail,
correct?
I look forward to the keyword discussion. For the CTR column, are those all
percentages? Same question for the conversion rate column - are those the
number of conversions or the percent? I'm interested in learning more about
what trends are occurring with each of these.
Tim - I think as part of the conversation, we'll want to talk about if
there are any irrelevant keywords we need to pull back from (healthcare,
nurse, etc). I see you're a maybe for the call, so if you can't make it,
please let us know via email if there are keyword categories (in general,
not necessarily just form this list) that we should discuss making sure we
have as negatives.
