As discussed we will add a point of contact with the Care Manager before installation of our devices to understand the current care plan (balanced care method) and single care goal to establish which data points are most important in the clients report.
These data points can feed discussions around additional care hours due to what is recommended in the care plan.
We will also begin looking at social Isolation and how that fits with social interaction score.
