Please refer to the QRG which was sent to you when we went live (re-attached for your convenience).  Addresses are not entered in Amazon, all additional order info is entered in Coupa.  Please skip this step and click “Submit for Approval”.  This will redirect you to Coupa, where you will finish the order.  No need to use a personal account.

Hi Andreas,

 

So a few things, firstly, the phone number affiliated with my HCA business account is still the number ending in 45 which is not mine and not sure how that can be changed. Secondly, when going to place an order, the only delivery address is for the Vancouver address. Not only am I in Ontario (not Vancouver) but we also use Amazon to order on behalf of clients and need to be able to add multiple addresses. 

 

In the meantime, I will use my personal amazon account but we need this fixed immediately as we order daily for our clients.
