Alberta Year End Prep - Data Cleanup in Ceridian address/SIN etc. 2025

Hi Chuck:

In preparation for year end and Tax Year 2025, we are asking all Canada
corporate, field, and caregivers to verify and update their personal
information by November 30, 2025.

Personal information includes:

   1.

   Name
   2.

   Social Insurance Number and Expiry Date
   3.

   Home Address


It is important to update this information before preparing the T4, as it
is an essential part of the T4 tax documentation process.

I have attached a spreadsheet for Caregivers. Please ask your team members
to complete this sheet by *November 30, 2025.*
