Also below is a breakdown of the over $19K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months in Mar 2024 - June 2024 who account for over $10K of these open balances. The deadline for July commissions is Friday August 9th , please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and Jeannie Ortiz with any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	East Division currently has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 10.

Please see the below summary by division for clients in need of attention due to missing or incomplete mandatory documents in accordance with our onboarding process. Also below is a breakdown of the over $12K open balance for these client’s missing documentation listed by division. Please review and address the document attached in the link below, including any clients with start months in Mar 2024 - May 2024 who account for over 10K of these open balances. The deadline for June commissions is Friday July 5th , please reach out to Alejandro Aponte, and Jeannie Ortiz with any questions. ***Please note changes made after the updated report has been generated will not be reflected until the client is re-audited and an updated report is generated.

*	Canada Division has the largest open balance at just over $4k in total with $2.9K open for clients with start dates in Mar 2024 - May 2024.
*	GCM Division currently has the second largest open balance at just over $3k in total with $1.8k open for clients with start dates in Mar 2024 – May.
*	West Division currently has the largest number # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 16.
*	East Division currently has the second largest # of clients that have started services in need of attention at 10.

 

 

Approx $12k open balance due for clients with a missing CCA or payment authorization forms. $10k open balance for clients with start dates in Mar 2024 - May 2024.

 



 

Please note that recent Google updates has changed how the file appears when you open it as a commentor. Once you open the Google Sheet you will need to click the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side of the sheet to expand the menu. This will allow you to download the spreadsheet by going to File > Download > Excel (Snip included below for reference). You can also create a new temporary filter view for the Google Sheet which will allow you to adjust the filters on the Google Sheet using the icon that looks like a Google Sheet/Calculator.
