We can offer one of the following models considering we have approximately 3,000 employees in Canada: *8 face-to-face sessions (We offer this model in the U.S)* Cost is $1.10 per employee per month Monthly cost = $3,300 Annual cost = $39,600 *6 face-to-face sessions* Cost is $1.05 per employee per month Monthly cost = $3,150 Annual cost = $37,800 Are you able to cover the cost for one of these two models? You can start with the 6 sessions, and increase to 8 at a later date. If you want to implement this program, when do you want to start? It usually takes about 30 to 60 days to implement this type of program. If you want to implement the EPAP, please confirm and let me know the effective date.
