Hi Angie,
Chuck, Timothy and I had a really positive chat this afternoon and I wanted
you to be abreast of the happenings:
- My action items are the following:
1. Create a CareAcademy account for Montreal
2. Add Enhanced Dementia Training to all of the Canadian dashboards
3. Follow up on the CareAcademy consolidation efforts
Other highlights:
- It sounds like a majority of offices will be able to provide in-person
training and my door is open to kick around ideas for supporting the
remaining offices that need alternative models.
- I'll be following up with Shameema this week about caregiver training
requirements, including General Persuasion Approach, and potential to
create Canada specific supplemental materials to support existing
infrastructure.
