Two questions --- HCLs intentionally omitted from this list? Separately,
some of these either have no primary phone number or an extension which
indicates it's an office phone. Can we please require a cell phone or
direct line for contact for all individuals, especially as welcome emails
and client app will show the contact information most likely coming from
this list.
