--0000000000002f8516063d73570a Content-Type: text/plain; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Revenue was down last week. We had two clients pass away - one was a Tier 1 live-in, and the other was close to maturing into a Tier 1 but passed unexpectedly during chemo. Because of those losses, revenue was flat last week and will continue to stay flat into this week, but I am projecting about a *$17,000 increase next week* as new starts begin to ramp. On the lead side - leads are up, but quality slipped slightly. We had *13 opportunities* but only *2 assessments completed.* The others are either in nurture, below our minimum hours, or scheduled per client request and ready to start this week or move forward in the near term. In terms of starts - last week we brought on *two Tier 3 clients.* As of today one has already added 4 daily hours and looks on track to mature into a Tier 1. The other is in rehab with no discharge date yet, but we see long-term potential. This week we have *four starts*: two Tier 1s, a Tier 2, and a Tier 3. That adds *122 billable hours.* On top of that, one of our 40-hour/week Tier 1 clients is converting to *24/7 care on Saturday*, which alone will add *128 hours per week.* We also have two SOCs scheduled next week, both long-term intent. We have two additional SOCs slated for the second week of September - both long-term intent - one from TheKey in CA. On the deactivation side, we had three controllables. One ended due to finances, but the family may resume care if he returns home. Another client has paused care - she always comes back and is a strong referral source. The third was a short-term Tier 3, as expected. *Next Steps:* - I am tightening follow-up on all open opportunities to shorten the lag between lead and completed assessment. - We are reinforcing accountability with the team to push assessments to completion faster. - Amara=E2=80=99s maternity leave coverage plan is in full force and bot= h myself and CSMs have met with her top producing accounts that we are taking ove= r effective 8/27. In summary - revenue is flat this week due to timing of deaths versus starts, but momentum is strong. We will exceed our August SOC goal, and with the 24/7 conversion and new starts, I expect revenue to increase by *$17,000 next week* with positive carryover into September. Thanks! *Lauren Hardy* *General Manager* *216.407.9726* [image: TheKey] --0000000000002f8516063d73570a Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Revenue was down last week.
