Anticipated Revenue for week of 5/19 - $276,308 which is down $1320 from last week Chicago Notes for week of May 12, 2025. There were 6 assessments with 4 SOCs. Three Tier 2 and one Tier 3. Two client's ended services, Tier 2s. This week, week of May 19 So far we have had 4 assessments and 2 SOCs. One being an in intermittent client who had one shift, four anticipated to start care next week . Two client's ended service - one a Tier 3 with 84 hours a week. The other a Tier 2 with 20 hours a week. Goal is to drive Tier 2 who are close to the Tier 1 threshold of 31 hours a week to Tier 1. We will try to offer a rate that entices clients to add the hours. We are offering a lower rate to long term clients with anticipated need of >=3D31 hours a week - For Tier 1 clients CSMs are quoting $38/hr to $40/hr. Simultaneously, we are hoping clients looking for close to the 31 hour mark( tier 2),will sign on for a couple more hours at a lower rate. This is being offered in a hope to boost billable hours and Tier 1 client count without a negative impact on revenue.
