Hi Nicole,
Your timing is excellent. I actually just tested our badge maker and
ordered some new supplies for it last week. We have a Magicard Pronto that
does very professional cards. The issue is that we no longer have the
required software without having to purchase a new license.
@Nancy Allen <nancy.allen@thekey.com> does our caregiver orientation.
Myself and our CSM @Brian Boxall <bboxall@thekey.com> should also have the
ability to print badges if required.
I am on holidays next week and wondering if we could arrange a training for
the following week when I am back. Usually Thursday afternoons after 2pm CT
are convenient. Would September 5th work for you and your team?
