We are working on the launch of Open Shifts / the Care Team App to the rest of the business this month, with the goal of having full access completed by the end of June. The following remaining areas will be onboarded: Great Lakes & Illinois DC Metro Florida NY, NJ & PA Ohio and Indiana Canada Sacramento Amy and I will be scheduling and holding Care Team App trainings via Workplace; we are targeting all staffers and staffing management. Access is based on SSO and should be available already. Once trainings have been completed, we will turn on the "Open Shifts" feature in the Caregiver Connect App, which will allow caregivers to express interest in open shifts and this data will push into the Care Team App for staffers to use. We will send texts via ClearCare/Wellsky to caregivers to alert them to the new feature. Please let me know if you have any questions.
