Hi James,

We are still in the process of calculating the monies owed using the
methodology suggested by the Labour Officer. We are hoping to have the
calculation to the Officer by middle of this month and payout confirmed by
1st week of June. There is a hold back on our purchase payout and the
reconcilliation will allow HCA Canada Inc. to deduct the amount. This is an
open case with HCA Canada Inc.’s Canadian legal counsel who is in touch
with our lawyers.
