Maybe somebody could write cheques on the invoices that are arriving in the office or I could get an email with instructions on what to pay. Or maybe somebody can call Shaw and setup pre-authorized debit? Should be able to do that using the chequebooks, which are in the office, or putting them on Dennis's company credit card.
